Injection Moulding

Company has 17 Micro Processor controlled Injection Moulding machines, capable to mould up to 1.4 Kgs. shot weight and 400 tons of clamping force. The injection moulding machines are supported by Chiller, Vaccum Loader, Dehumidifying Unit and Mould Temperature Controllers.

A brief list of injection moulding facilies available is as follows

  • Microprocessor based Injection Moulding Machines
  • Fully automatic injection moulding machines
  • Semi automatic injection moulding machines
  • Ancilliary equipment for all moulding machines viz
    • Mould Temperature Controllers, Hopper Dryers, Chillers, Dehumidifiers
    • Screen Printing machines, Hot foil, etc.

Blow Moulding

We also have facility for the production of blow moulded componets. The capacity of blow moulding is upto 6.0 Ltrs.

PU Foam Moulding

We have complete conveyor based system for Polyurethene (PU) foam moulding. The infrastructure for PU foam moulding consists of state of the art PU Dispensing machines from Elastogran, GmbH., Germany. Each machines has a capacity of 4 Kg. shot weight. We can mould flexible foams as well as skin foams of PU for automobile seats, furnitures, armrests etc.

Headlights, Taillights, Blinkers and Internal Auto Lights

High level of quality is maintained in our Head Light manufacturing system. We employ a conveyer oriented system having baking and aluminizing / metallizing in the loop backed by most advanced and dedicated testing facilities for Head Lights. Production and test setup specific with photometric equipments exist for the flawless production of headlights, tail lights, blinkers and internal lights for automobiles.

Rear View Mirror

Rear view mirror production demands specific production facilities, and assembling environments. Right from designing to moulding, and processing specialized raw material, up to finished product, we have the required facilities to produces variety of rear view mirrors suitable for two wheelers and four wheelers.

PET Preforms and Blow Moulding

PET pre forms manufacturing capability is also available at Netplast. The pre forms can be manufactured for various products viz. mineral water, aerated water, country liquors, jars and bottles for other packaging applications. In-house facilities exist for Design , Preform and final Blow moulded products.

Assembly Line Operations

In addition to single injection moulded components, we also have the infrastructure for complete assembled units and sub units. These are made using assembly line manufacturing systems. Presently, we have set up assembly lines for the following units.

  • Complete assembly of PU moulded foam seat for automobiles
  • Complete Head Light assembly for use in automobiles
  • Complete Rear View Mirror assembly for use in two wheelers and four wheelers.

Reverse Engineering Capabilities

Having accumulated experience and expertise in design, tooling and moulding, Netplast is also equipped with skills required for complete and successful reverse engineering. This helps in replicating from an existing sample or prototype of product.

Inputs for Reverse Engineering

For reverse engineering, any combination of following options may be chosen by a customer for input.

  • Providing conventional drawings
  • Providing Solid model using IGES files, which can be electronically transmitted and / or physically sent
  • Alternatively, providing a real sample of the desired product.
