Milestones Team
Netplast was setup by technically qualified promoters in 1982. Various milestones
of this growth are :
Milestones for the Netplast
- 1982 - Established first unit for injection moulding
- 1988 - Commenced manufacturing engineering and industrial plastic components
- 1992 - Commissioned in-house tool room facilities for manufacturing and maintaining moulds
- 1995 - Set up additional manufacturing plant for moulding of PU foams
- 1996 - Upgradation to Microprocessor controlled injection moulding machines
- 1997 - Vacuum metallizing / aluminizing and assembly of Head Light units for automobiles
- 1999 - Production of complete assembly of seats for two wheelers
- 2001 - In-house CAD / CAM for designing and precision tooling operations
- 2002 - Manufacturing and assembly of rear view mirrors
- 2003 - Manufacturing of PET preforms for jars and bottles.
- 2003 - Manufacturing of moulded Saddlery
- 2004 - Started Molding Soft PU Foam for automobiles
- 2005 - Manufacturing of complete seating systems for commercial vehicles
- 2006 - Manufacturing of seating systems for buses
- 2007 - Forayed into the international market for seating systems and injection moulded components

The Team
At Netplast, we consider our manpower as the ultimate asset. The various professionals
working with Netplast are professionally qualified in the areas of Polymer Technology,
Computer-aided designing, Manufacturing and Quality systems. Cross functional
teams work together to provide customer support in problem solving, development
and change of design needs. Regular and structured training programs ensure
continuous upgradation of skills and knowledge of the team NetPlast.
The Director of the company is:
- R. K. Agarwal, Managing Director
- Mr. R. K. Agarwal, is a graduate in engineering from IIT Kanpur has worked in one of the largest automotive manufacturing company of India - TATA Motors.
He has over two decades of experience of industrial management and marketing of
engineering and automobile components as an entrepreneur. Apart from being a National Award Winner,
Mr. Agrarwal is also a member of several professional organizations.
